 The Senior Director of Digital Marketing will design online campaigns and initiate and manage new marketing channels and partners to maximize traffic to our brand sites. He or she will leverage expert skills in lifecycle email marketing, affiliate marketing, sales automation programs and online advertising and will generate qualified leads/customers. This position will report directly to the CEO, will work with our EVP of wholesale and will oversee a small support staff. Business Development Specialist (BDS) - Lead Generation

The BDS-Lead Generation Representative is responsible for setting up Demonstrations appointments for the product and services offered through ComplyFirst.  The BDS-Lead Generation Representative will reach target through excellent telephone, email and communication skills.  The individual will also develop the creation of qualified leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establish ongoing rapport with potential customers.  Integrity, vision, passion and creativity are essential for this role.

Sales and Operations Director (10-15 hours per week) - $20,000 – annual + commission

Wessex Learning is a fast growing higher education textbook company that is disrupting the traditional textbook industry.  We currently focus on undergraduate and graduate business textbooks world wide, and are now expanding into other disciplines   

Your Job:

We are looking for a motivated entrepreneurial individual, who is comfortable owning and executing on projects without much supervision. The individual should be comfortable dealing with customers, working with our website and responding to customer service emails and calls.  

This is perfect for the self-employed entrepreneurial individual looking to work remotely and make an income.  Low stress and room for growth as the company expands.  US based, shopify knowledge and sales experience is a must.

Day-to-day duties:

·      Manage our website (knowledge working with Shopify is a requirement)

o   Creating & editing our products, managing landing pages, creating new products or integrations with shopify. While programming knowledge is helpful, it is not required

·      Customer service; responding via email or phone will be required until their inquiries are resolved

·      Helping build our marketing efforts through email newsletters, professor outreach etc

·      Sales calls and emails, including mining emails and contacts.  We expect you to email and call your leads to provide them with desk copies and follow up to capture the adoption.  With regard to any sales made from your leads, a 5% commission (net sales) will be added to your base pay

·      Other one-off projects as they arise

Requirements:

·      Undergraduate degree

·      Knowledge working with shopify & managing e-commerce websites

·      Fluent in English

·      Sales Experience
